Willows Farm Village is an exciting day out near London for the whole family. Aside from having the chance to get up close to horses, pigs, ducks, wallabies and even reindeer, children will love the Guinea Pig village, Ferret Fun, sheep racing and fun fair rides.
For under 5s there are bouncy haystacks, a giant construction sandpit and an under 5s indoor play centre, and for older children there is a maize maze, treehouse adventure, tractor rides, rubber duck racing, panning for gold and Frisbee golf.
There is also a falconry centre, a chance to learn about growing traditional crops and vegetables, and much more.
The Woolly Jumpers Coffee Shop serves drinks and pastries from 10 am to 5 pm, and lunches (baguettes, jacket potatoes, etc) from 11:30 am til 2:30 p.m., and also has a TV and internet access. There is a childrens menu at the Farmhouse Restaurant serving burgers, fries, jacket potatoes, nuggets, etc. for £ 4.50 including a drink. Note that the Farmhouse Restaurant is only open certain times of year, mainly during the school holidays, so come prepared with a packed lunch to eat in the picnic area.
There is also a farm shop on site where you can buy farm-fresh produce, cheese, and meats.
