Cot Jumping for BBC Children in Need

Cot Jumping for Children in Need
The 2009 Cot Jumpathon for BBC Children in Need. What will this year’s photo look like?

What are you doing for Children in Need?  We were inspired by the 50 Greatest Moments on TV the other night and felt that we should be doing something too… something that brings out the best in our children, and makes the most use of their unique skills. So Cot Jumping it is.

This is not just any old cot jumping. We’ll be setting the scene BBC-style with some cheery music from the brand new cBeebies CD (more on that next week!), letting the kids dress up in their favourite costumes, and lining the floor with cushions just in case of any excessively exuberant leaps. We’re thinking if we can capture another one of these brilliant photos during this year’s Cot Jumpathon, and raise a bit of cash for a good cause,  it’ll be well worth the bumped heads. If you’d like to sponsor us, please click the button!

Looking for ideas to raise money for Children in Need too? There are plenty of fundraising ideas on the BBC Children in Need website, or you can get your friends and family to sponsor you in a competition to see who can play the fastest game of Pudsey Pairs. Please comment below and tell us what your family will be doing!

You’ll be able to watch Children in Need on BBC One at 7pm on Friday November 19th. If you didn’t catch it on TV the other night, you can also watch the 50 Greatest Moments on iPlayer.
