Fulham Palace is a wonderful historic home dating from the 15th century, and welcomes children of all ages.
Fulham Palace was the home of the Bishop of London until recent times (1973). The Museum tells the story of the Palace and the Bishops and is a great place for the children to learn about their local history from prehistoric and Roman settlement, through Tudor, Georgian, Victorian and present day.
There is a splendid Tudor courtyard, fascinating herb garden and lovely grounds. There are also paintings, stained glass, archaeology and an art trolley for the kids to enjoy. Regular guided tours of the palace and grounds are available.
