These are the terms and conditions of use for www.reallykidfriendly.com (Site). The Site is operated by RKF Ltd (we, us and our). Our address is 18 Hambalt Road Clapham London SW4 9EF.
Your use of the Site will be subject to these terms and conditions and by using the Site you agree to be bound by them. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time by changing them on the Site. These terms and conditions were last updated on 11th December 2008.
Access to the Site
Access to the site is limited to adults over 18 years of age. The use of the Site by anyone under the age of 18 is subject to the consent of their parent or guardian. We advise parents who permit their children to use the Site that it is important that they communicate with their children about their safety online and the related risks.
Only registered users may write reviews. We reserve the right, from time to time, to assign user permissions, thereby controlling access to certain features, parts or content of the Site, to different categories of user as described on the Site.
It is your responsibility to ensure your computer system meets all the necessary technical specifications to enable you to access and use the Site and is compatible with the Site.

Your details
You must ensure that any member registration details you provide are accurate. If you choose, or you are provided with, a log-on ID (such as a username and password or other identifier) as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential and must not reveal it to anyone else. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your log-on ID and must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use or other security breach of which you become aware. We reserve the right to disable any log-on ID, at any time, if in our opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these terms and conditions or if any details you provide for the purposes of registering as a user prove to be false.
Use of your details is subject to our privacy policy.
Your postings
Any reviews (including all information, data, text, messages, photographs, videos, images, graphics, audio recordings and other material – collectively User Content) that you post must be posted in good faith, must be lawful, relevant and based on your own honest first hand experience. Any photographs, videos, images and other such content must not be doctored or altered in any way.
User Content must not contain any material which is defamatory, obscene, offensive, hateful, harassing, inflammatory, threatening, abuse, invasive of another’s privacy, sexually explicit, violent or aggression in nature, connected with any illegal activity, or which is likely to mislead or deceive any person or give the impression that it emanates from us.
You must not post content in a way that impersonates any person or misrepresents your identity or affiliation with any person (e.g. if you are a venue owner you may not pretend that you are a genuine customer of that venue).
You must ensure you own all rights in all User Content posted such that you are entitled to post it on the Site, including ensuring that you have obtained the consent of any people identified in any User Content. Where you include images of or details about other people, including your children, we are entitled to assume you have obtained the requisite consents on the full understanding as to how we may use that Content as set out in these terms. You acknowledge that other users of the Site (including unregistered users) may view your User Content including any part of it that relates to other people.
We are not obliged to monitor or check any User Content posted but we may do so, and we reserve the right (but we do not have the obligation) to remove, or to not post, any User Content, in our sole and absolute discretion.
Intellectual property rights
Other than User Content, all intellectual property rights in any content of the Site (including text, graphics, software, photographs and other images, videos, sound, trade marks and logos) will remain owned by us or our licensors. Except as expressly set out here, nothing in these terms and conditions gives you any rights in respect of any intellectual property owned by us or our licensors and you acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership rights by downloading content from the Site. In the event you print off, copy or store pages from the Site (only as permitted by these terms and conditions), you must ensure that any copyright, trade mark or other intellectual property right notices contained in the original content are reproduced.

Linking
Generally, you may link to the Site from a website that is operated by you provided the link is not misleading or deceptive and fairly indicates its destination, you do not imply that we endorse you, your website, or any products or services you offer, you link to (and do not frame or replicate) the home page of the Site (save as permitted below), and the linked website does not contain any content that you would not be entitled to post on this Site as set out above.
As a venue operator you may also link from a website operated by you which describes your venue, providing the link links to the section of the Site concerning your venue (the above paragraph also applies to such links).
Reliance on the Site
You acknowledge that the Site is a forum for user comment and not a guide, and that information on the Site about venues is provided by users, not by us, that we are not responsible for monitoring or checking any such content in any way, that we cannot be responsible for the behavior of users and that the opinions on this Site reflect the views of the respective authors, and not our own.
We make or give no representation or warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, currency, correctness, reliability, integrity, quality, fitness for purpose or originality of any information on the Site and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, all implied warranties, conditions or other terms of any kind are hereby excluded. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of you or anyone else using the Site or relying on any of its content.
We cannot and do not guarantee that any content of the Site will be free from viruses and/or other code that may have contaminating or destructive elements. It is your responsibility to implement appropriate IT security safeguards (including anti-virus and other security checks) to satisfy your particular requirements as to the safety and reliability of content.

When a breach of these terms and conditions has occurred, we may take such action as we deem appropriate. Failure to comply with these terms and conditions may result in suspending or cancelling your right to use the Site and disclosing relevant information to law enforcement authorities as we reasonably feel is necessary. The responses described above are not limited, and we may take any other action we deem appropriate.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and you agree that any dispute between us regarding them or the Site will only be dealt with by the English courts, provided that, if you live in a part of the United Kingdom other than England, the applicable law of that part of the United Kingdom will govern and any dispute will only be dealt with by the courts there.
